I’ve spent more than two decades leading transformation in education — as a Principal, investigator, board member, and governance advisor. My principalship at Faith Lutheran College, was recognised nationally, including Excellence Awardee for Australian School Principal of the Year, and helping the College secure awards for Secondary School of the Year (2021 and 2025) and Innovation in Curriculum Design (2024).
My career has taken me from policing and regulatory investigations to rebuilding culture, guiding change, and leading one of Australia’s most progressive independent schools.
I founded Braiden Education to help schools find leaders who truly lead — leaders who lift others, inspire trust, and shape environments where people can do their best work.
This is the work that matters most to me.
